Our purpose is to help athletes identify those areas that keep them playing small and under their potential. We want to empower our athletes to take control of their mental game so that they can step into an elite level of playing. We want to be good on purpose!
Our method is to create a systematic approach for athletes with actionable solutions to break through the walls that are holding them back.
Our athlete promise is for our athletes to develop a strong confidence in themselves through preparation so that they are unshakeable on the court, field, or course.
As an athlete…we all have barriers that hold us back from competing and living our best life: Lack of Confidence, Stress, Consistency Issues, Playing Down to the Competition, Struggle Bouncing Back from Mistakes, Comparison, Dealing with Pressure, Fear, Perfectionism, and the list goes on.
Our courses can help with all these barriers! We have developed a systematic approach with actionable solutions to break through the walls that are holding you back! Every athlete has experienced most of these at one time or another so you’re not alone! But the elite athletes have figured out that when they learn and practice the tools and disciplines that give them mental and emotional control, they become UNSTOPPABLE!
Let us help you realize that the best YOU is already here! We can help you bring out your best so that you can start playing with freedom and consistent confidence! With a customized program, tailored specifically to you, we will work together to get to the root of what’s holding you back and give you the tools you need to go out and be successful!

When I began my mental training my senior year, I was extremely skeptical about the entire idea and thought we may be better off without it. During that year, I grew more as a person and athlete than I did from my freshman through junior year. I was able to train my mind, control what I spoke into myself and perform at a level that I never knew I was capable of. I learned how powerful my mind is! Not only did my performance benefit but so did my ability to lead my team. I achieved more goals in my senior year that I statistically shouldn’t have been able to reach and have continued to play as a D1 beach player. I experienced more struggles switching sports, schools, coaches and teammates. I let go of my mental strengthening for a while, hit rock bottom and figured out that I couldn’t continue as an elite athlete if I didn’t feed my mind to focus on what I was in control of. If I could tell young athletes one thing, it would be to start your mental training at a younger age than I did. I can’t even wrap my head around the kind of athlete I believe I could have been if I would have come to college with the mental strength that I graduate with.

During my time of mental training with Nikki, I have learned to analyze myself and find the best methods for me to succeed. I learned that there is an illusion of choice and if I want to be elite, I must believe “I am elite”. This new method of neutral thinking allows me to break down my priorities and strengths to improve not only my performance but my teams, It allows me to build confidence on the court, in the classroom, and most importantly, spiritually. It creates a sense of contentment within yourself which is very hard to find these days!

Most of the serious athletes really clung to their reset words and rituals and it has made such a huge different in their mental game. Nikki is truly a pioneer when it comes to mental training, and we couldn’t be more thankful for her teaching the process to our athletes! I wish this would have been around when I was a player, because it would have taken my game to the next level–no doubt!
